Mike Marron
has served the Greater Cleveland
Council, Boy Scouts of America
faithfully for more then a decade.
When a job needs to get done, Mike is
the "Go To Guy" to make it happen.
His passion for Scouting and extensive
business and community contacts make
Mike a real asset for Scouting in the
Greater Cleveland area.
His recent
accomplishments in support of the
remodeling of the exterior and interior
of the Scout Council Service Center and
numerous facilities at Camp Beaumont
have distinguished him among his
Scouting peers and in the local
community providing countless benefits
for the local Boy Scout Council.
Mike
currently serves as the Vice President
of Properties. Through his role he
has combined his technical expertise as
an architect and love of the Scouting
program to ensure that the youth we
serve have the best program facilities
available to them. In
accomplishing his responsibilities he
has set the example of living the Scout
Oath and Law for others to follow while
developing numerous individual, business
and community relationships in support
of our cause.
While
providing leadership at the executive
board level for the Greater Cleveland
Council he has also dedicated time and
talents to serving as a volunteer in
local Scouting programs directly
affecting the lives of youth in his
local community.
The
Scouting program in the Greater
Cleveland area serves over 20,000 youth
annually. Without the support of
dedicated volunteers like Mike Marron,
Scouting would not be able to provide
such a great program to these youth.
We
enthusiastically and wholeheartedly
recommend Mike Marron for this award.
If you have
any further needs of us in favor of Mike
Marron please let us know.

To whom it
may concern:
|
In choosing
a firm to handle the construction of our Cleveland
Bop Stop Jazz Club, the two
most important factors were good communication
skills, and the ability to understand
and provide the "special needs" of our project.
From the
very beginning, and throughout the entire job, the
people at Bay West
Construction were always available to us, and very
willing to accommodate our upgrades
and changes. The building is a very unusual
design, and they rose to the challenge.
The finished product is beyond our greatest
expectations.
They paid
close attention to detail, and worked along with us
all the way to make sure we
were satisfied with each aspect, from construction
to finish.
The work
went on continually, and they were very focused on
on-time completion. Most
importantly, they listened to us and closely
considered our goals, and the result was
a room that our customers and performers continually
rave about. |

To whom it may concern,
Phase One of the Atlantis
Professional Center was the first of what, we hope, will be many
projects to come. I cannot express how pleased I am with our
new building and offices. From the beginning of the bid process though to final completion Baywest worked diligently
with my developer and me. Baywest presented us with
significant cost saving by "value engineering" our project.
I would like to thank
Baywest for their professionalism, teamwork and attention to
our needs. I was so pleased with the building shell I awarded
them the contract to my own space for my medical practice and will
soon award them with another tenant space which they
"value engineered" for my tenant and me.

MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
To Whom it May
Concern:
|
While Carnegie
Management and Development Corporation has now completed numerous
projects with Baywest Construction Group team, none presented the
challenges of the Red Tail Clubhouse.
Beginning with
a flat site, creating a raised approach to the main entrance
and continuing through any number of architectural, structural
and mechanical changes completed "on-the-fly" to maintain the
construction schedule was a daunting task. The project was
substantially completed, and Baywest remained cooperative
throughout the tough, long process.
Their
direction and assistance throughout the project was
important due to mechanical systems being redesigned
because of extensive floor plan changes. Baywest
coordinated all changes with their subcontractors, the
architect and the engineers. Baywest was helpful with
interior and exterior finish selections including
woodwork, cabinetry and flooring.
As we
neared the clubhouse completion, we began
construction of phase 2 which included the pool,
cabana and tennis courts. Once again, we chose to
work with Baywest.
Baywest continues to provide us with the
quality and professionalism important to the
teamwork approach in development, and their
continued efforts and cooperation are
appreciated.

To whom it may concern,
|
While this was our first of
possibly many endeavors with Baywest Construction Group, I cannot express
how pleased I am with our new facility. From the beginning bid
process to final completion Baywest handled our project in a professional
and timely manner. Additionally, they provided excellent "value
engineering" for our project.
Our site presented quite a
challenge for Baywest. First, the site was an infill site with a
sloping grade to the north to I-90. From the caisson footings to the
finishing architectural touches Baywest's teamwork approach kept our
project on schedule and on budget, a task that is never easy.
I would like to thank
Baywest for all their efforts and cooperation. It is companies like
Baywest that make a project succeed. I look forward to working with
them in the future.
