About Baywest
Every construction project - building
a mall retail store, adding office space, designing a family restaurant,
remodeling a department store, expanding your pre-engineered building,
constructing a new strip center - has three critical elements:
time,
money, and quality assurance.
Baywest specializes in
new commercial, industrial, restaurants and retail buildings as well as
remodeling (additions) to the same. We have successfully completed many
projects throughout the Greater Cleveland/Northern Ohio area. The
majority of our projects have been competitively bid followed by both
negotiations and "Value Engineering"
to save costs while still maintaining the desired form and function. Our
two key personnel have over sixty (60) combined years of varied
construction experience and the successful business knowledge to provide
you with a quality driven, award winning, general
contracting and construction management firm. We are also an OSHA
Preferred Partner and participate in BWC's Drug Free Workplace Program.
We also offer "Design/Build"
services for your construction needs. Let us take the time, worry and
frustration out of building your project. We can find and negotiate the
right architects, engineers, designers, contractors and suppliers for
your needs, Therefore we can reduce your risk and
heighten your reward by saving you time and money. We have
recently done the same for Vetrone Development for their Chester Road
Square project in Avon, Ohio, Oberlin College and the Boy Scouts of
America with great success.
